Welcome to the cottage

Some houses get updated until there's nothing left of who they were. This one never did. The original wood paneling still warms the living room, the red dinette still sits by the kitchen window, and the backyard is still big enough for kids to chase fireflies on a summer night.

We kept all of that, and added what makes a stay easy today: comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, a full laundry and a quiet desk behind a door that closes.

Questions guests ask

How does everyone sleep?

Two in the queen, two in the double and two on the queen sofa bed in the living room. Spare sofa-bed linens are in the closet.

Is it a good fit for children?

Very. The house is on one level, the yard is large, and Woodland Park and the children's museum are close by. There's a travel crib. The yard isn't fully fenced, so keep an eye on little ones.

Can I work while I'm there?

Yes. Bedroom one has a desk and chair behind a closed door, the Wi-Fi runs about 300 Mbps, and there's an ethernet connection.

Can we stay for a month?

Yes. The full kitchen and laundry make longer stays easy, and Maury Regional Medical Center is about four minutes away.

Why book here instead of Airbnb?

You skip the booking fee and deal with us directly. The house, the calendar and the cleaning are the same either way.

What's the cancellation policy?

A full refund within 24 hours of booking (when you book at least a week ahead) or 14 or more days before check-in. Half back from 7 to 13 days out, and no refund inside 7 days.
